ADULT INSTRUCTIONAL WATCH FOR NEW CLASSES THIS SPRING

ADULT HOCKEY INSTRUCTIONAL ~ Adult Instructional is for beginner players looking to advance their hockey skills enough to join one of the Fox Valley Adult Hockey Leagues, or for players who are looking for a great skate, while working on their skills in a fun environment.

Classes work on the fundamentals of hockey skating and stickwork, with challenges for skaters of all abilities. Under speed fundamental work is the key to learning or regaining good muscle memory, and we use this technique in the Adult Instructional class. Overspeed is worked up to, to ensure that the skate is a good workout, and that players have the ability to use their new or re-found skill sets at game speed. Players should have previous skating ability.

If you are looking to learn how to skate, The Skate School offers an adult learn to skate class. The Adult Instructional class works on novice and advanced skill sets to help improve both the beginner and the experienced.
